CrossFit sessions are held in groups so it’s important to know the basics of how they work. We offer a two hour introductory class to show you what we do and what to expect in a CrossFit workout. This is the most common response we get from people interested in joining. Everyone that starts has had this exact same thought…even the most physically fit people. We realize this and every single one of our workouts and movements are scaled or modified to match your capacity. We don’t expect you to do handstand pushups on your first day!
