Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)

It’s safe to say their starting this one off with a bang! Each Friday we will be doing the weekly open WOD for the regular Crossfit Class. If you have entered the Open our coaches will be available to judge for you on Saturdays. We can also judge Sundays if needed. If you aren’t registered and just want to cheer on the Acers that are competing or want to give it a go yourself, feel free to stop in.
