Currently a Business Administration Major at Millersville University, He’s been CrossFitting for about a year and a half now. Fitness is a huge passion of his and surrounds everything he does. He’s played a year of collegiate baseball at the California University of PA, and hasn’t looked back since the Strength and Conditioning Program turned him on to intense fitness and weight training. His CF-L1 was conducted at Rogue Fitness in Columbus, OH under the coaching of 2nd Fittest Man on Earth Matt Chan and CrossFit Games Competitor Lindsey Smith, as well as world class programmer Doug Chapman, programmer for 2nd Fittest Woman on Earth Julie Foucher.

Set goals – high goals for you and the gym as a whole. When you have a goal to shoot for, you create teamwork, people working for a common good. That is what I love about CrossFit, the teamwork, and the community aspect. If a workout is hard, it is hard for everyone, and you know the person next to you wants you to do just as well as you do, and vice versa. Only at a CrossFit gym can you find something like that.
