Pay attention to detail and do it right from the beginning. Work hard, take fitness in small chunks, stay determined and you will realize results.
In high school, Visale played soccer and tennis and during this time was also involved in martial arts. Visale graduated from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy with a doctorate in pharmacy and is currently working as a registered pharmacist. He’s been crossfitting for about 2 years and gained his Level 1 certification in January of 2012.

Start with a goal and go from there. Don’t overwhelm yourself. As long as you can improve something about yourself every day, you are that much better than you were yesterday. Results won’t just multiply, they’ll be exponential. Train with high awareness and technique. Come into the gym with a great attitude and leave with a sense of accomplishment.
